Merrick UFSD will conduct its annual Universal Pre-Kindergarten lottery for the 2026–27 school year on Wednesday, January 28 at 9:30 a.m.
Families may watch the lottery live using the link below. Instructions and next steps in the process will be reviewed during the drawing.

Registration for Merrick School District UPK is open. Please use the link to enter your child(ren) in the lottery. If you prefer, you can print the application and drop it off at the District Office 21 Babylon Road, Merrick between the hours of 8:30 and 3:00. Hard copies of the application are also available at the reception desk.
The deadline for entering your child(ren) into the lottery is January 21. The lottery will be held on January 28.
