Birch Students continued their MONSTER PARP celebration with a visit from author/illustrator Daniel Jude Miller.   

Miller brought the work of writing and drawing to life for the Beavers by introducing them to his creative process and his monster characters.  Students were particularly intrigued by the secret lock box on stage, which revealed a homemade monster character that Daniel explained could be made at home by using recycled supplies.
