Merrick School District

During the holiday season, the Levy Lakeside School had another successful toy drive. This has become an annual event. collection.  Each year Lakeside’s Student Council promotes the toy drive. Everything that was collected was shared between The Merrick Kiwanis and the Local fire department. The toys were distributed to local children so all kids could experience a happy holiday. The student council sent out beautifully decorated flyers asking every Lakeside Lion to donate a toy. The response was amazing! 

Lakeside students collected 9 HUGE boxes with hundreds of toys. All the toys that were collected helped to spread holiday cheer. 

We are so grateful for everyone's generosity. The Lakeside Lions continue to make us extremely proud. We can’t wait to do it all again next year!
